Advice Helpline – 0800 046 7303
(Lines are open daily from 9am to 10pm)
The One Law For All Help Line is launched to give information and legal advice on decisions made by religious-based tribunals such as Sharia Courts. If you are unhappy with the decision of a Sharia Council, Muslim Arbitration Tribunal, or Beth Din, or if you are unsure of your rights under secular civil law and need information, referrals or advice, call us; we can help you.
All of our help line staff are especially trained to provide general information and we have highly reputable lawyers to give legal advice. Confidentiality and the safety of those who call on us are our main priorities.
You can contact us by telephone, letter, email or fax.
If you are contacting us by post about an issue for the first time, please do not send any documents with your letter.
We will get back to you to let you know what documents we will need to see.
If you would like to contact us in a language other than English, please do so by using any of the ways above and tell us what language you would like to use.
We will arrange to contact you in your language of choice as soon as possible.
The Helpline office provides a phone and correspondence service.
However, if you wish to arrange a face-to-face meeting, you can do so by booking an appointment via telephone or email.
Below you will find the help line address and fax number available to you.
